4. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

You own your photos completely:

• We claim NO ownership rights to photos you upload
• We will NOT use your photos for any purpose beyond order fulfillment
• We will NOT share your photos without your explicit consent
• We only store them temporarily for processing your orders
• You control whether to share them in product designs
• We delete them after 90 days per our retention policy

4.2 AI-Generated Images

LOLify owns all AI-generated images:

• Images created from text prompts belong to LOLify
• You receive a licence to use them on our platform only
• You cannot download or use them outside LOLify
• We may use these images for marketing and improvements
• Other users may purchase products with shared AI designs

4.3 AI Edits to Your Photos

LOLify owns AI-edited versions:

• The AI-modified versions belong to LOLify
• Your original photos remain yours
• We will NOT use AI edits without your consent
• We only share them if you share a product design
• You cannot download or use AI edits outside our platform

How We Use AI

LOLify uses artificial intelligence to:

• Generate Custom Images: Create unique images from your prompts (LOLify owns these)

• Edit Photos: Transform your photos (LOLify owns the edits, not used without consent)
• Suggest Designs: Recommend design ideas based on occasions

AI Data Processing

When you use our AI features:

• Your prompts are processed by our AI systems
• Generated images belong to LOLify
• AI edits belong to LOLify but aren't used without consent

Sharing Your Designs

When you share designs in our marketplace:

• You can remove shared designs at any time
• We track usage for revenue sharing (when commission features launch)

Designer Data

If you're a marketplace designer, we additionally process:

• Payment information for revenue shares (when applicable)
• Tax information (where required)

Content Rights and Privacy

• Your uploaded photos remain private unless you explicitly share designs
• Shared designs may include AI-generated elements (owned by LOLify)
• Recipients of gifts can't access your original uploaded photos
• We implement measures to prevent unauthorised copying
